Management wants to give a...you guessed it...a new look to the store. But what changes should be made? Once again, it's after-hours lockdown for our staff as they meet to discuss what to do. This time, they decide to look at the ideas in the suggestion box, but a pork pie, a rude drawing of Mr. Rumbold and lewd comments isn't going to help much. Eventually they hit upon an idea: some roaring 20's background music, a few decorations, and a spokesperson to announce all of the latest specials in the store. Now the next thing they have to decide is who is going to be the voice...but Mr. Grace settles that for them by doing it himself. Will the new look be a hit?
