In honor of his twentieth anniversary at Grace Brothers, Captain Peacock is given his just rewards. Not money, oh it's never money at Grace Brothers--it's the key to the executive washroom and admission to the executive dining room. Everyone is relatively happy for him...except Mr. Grainger, who feels he's been snubbed because he's never got a key to the executive loo and he's been here MUCH longer than Captain Peacock. While Captain Peacock basks in his new found glory (twirling the key, dropping hints and making bad jokes to the customers), Mr. Humphries and Mr. Lucas must deal with bow ties while Mrs. Slocombe and Miss Brahms have to deal with a man seeking a size 40 maternity dress...for himself. Tension builds up...Mr. Grainger calls the Works' Inspector...Captain Peacock finds out that there's not much difference between the dining rooms...Mr. Grace announced that the executive dining room is being torn down and the executive loo done away with...everyone is now happy, except for Steven...
