There's bad news from the Boardroom: because business is so bad (is it ever good?), one of the staff will have to go. It's Grace Brothers' version of Survivor as the staff try to fight for their jobs. There's a suggestion of "last in, first out" that clearly targets Mr. Lucas, while another hints that perhaps the oldest should go...but would that be Mrs. Slocombe or Mr. Grainger? Meanwhile, Mr. Harman is taking bets on who will win. Then each of the staff tries to sway Mr. Grace with their work performance. He does come to a decision as to what should happen to the staff...but what will that decision be?
