Problem 1: There's a photographer coming to shoot pictures of the staff for the manor's brochure

Problem 2: There is no staff

The gang decides to masquerade as the staff for the brochure pic, but soon realize that if they want to survive at the Manor, they may have to play the roles for real. Captain Peacock and Mrs. Slocombe's uniforms don't quite fit them, while Miss Brahms isn't too happy with the thought of being a chambermaid even though some of the best bits were downstairs. Mr. Moulterd can't get his facial expression just quite right (after all, they don't want to scare off potential visitors!). Only Mr. Humphries and Mr. Rumbold seem to fit comfortably into their "jobs" of bartender and manager...until Miss Lovelock comes in and gives her "professional" opinion about who should be doing what. Then NO ONE is happy!

Later on that night, there's talk of hauntings around the countryside, and the staff goes to bed rather unsettled. After Tiddles makes a break for it, the rest of the staff decides to investigate. There they are, prowling about dark passageways, listening to the creaks and groans of the house settling when they come upon a most disturbing site...
