Default Keeping Up Appearances Most Often Bought Show from BBC Worldwide

I would have guessed AYBS? of course, but KUA's first series/season has been bought 992 times across the world, according to http://www.bbc.co.uk/mediacentre/wor...TERSBUCKETLIST. Recent purchases include broadcasters in Australia, Bulgaria, Nigeria, Ireland and Denmark.

Not surprised, KUA is still shown on the two PBS stations I have access to....AYBS has been gone for over a decade.

I often fall asleep watching KUA; Netflix just plays them one after another. Luckily internet usage between midnight and 6 am isn't counted toward my monthly bandwidth cap.

I still can't fathom why people like KUA so much! Sorry but there's a billion better shows. I'm clearly missing something...

I think the characters are enduring. The jokes and situations are often funny, but I have to admit: they rehash the same jokes and situations over and over. Yet, for some reason I enjoy it.

I must admit to not ever taking the time to try and really get into it - because it just never appealed to me at all. I've seen it but always thought it was just 'meh'. Glad so many people enjoy it - we can't all like the same things I suppose. Just annoyed that I can't understand the appeal! Same with Mrs Brown's Boys - I just think that's one of worst shows ever! I don't think my tastes have ever really been very mainstream!

Father Dowling was not on long enough. I should look it up.

When I remember I like to Watch Father Brown.

Never seen that. Heard people moaning about the characters changing!
